About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist in training new kitchen team members as needed.
- Adapt to changing menus and special requests with flexibility and creativity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.
