About the Role:
Beef 'O' Brady's in Hudson, FL is looking for an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team! If you love creating great guest experiences in a fun, sports-bar atmosphere, this is the place for you. Come be part of a team that takes pride in great food, cold drinks, and genuine hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver to tables
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages behind the bar
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area throughout each shift
- Upsell menu items, daily specials, and promotional beverages
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol in Florida
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler and/or alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
